  6. ID Card color copy.
  7. Printout of HEC form.

If you have register yourself on HEC website and enter your complete Educational details.Please note that you must reach HEC on the same date and time which have select for the appointment.

  1. After filling form, you need to take the print of that form.
  2. Copies of your all Educational documents.
  3. Copy of CNIC.
  4. Original Documents.
